Happy families come from small homes.
I like to joke about this as we are a family of six living in a three bedroom home - and I don't see how we could be happier. Maybe another room or bathroom?! Maybe my wife would be happier?!
What I've come to understand, especially through the insight I receive through my client's lives - we all do it different. We all live different and there is no one-way, right way, or only way. Happy families come from big homes, small homes, homes w/pools, homes w/sidewalks and streetlights, homes in the country, homes in a high rise - there is no template to copy that ensures you will have a happy family in a happy home.
I know some of my friends think we are crazy, maybe we are. As long as you love your crazy, then you are probably doing it right. And we love our crazy.
Only you know what you want, so go get it. Make it uniquely yours. Make it your crazy! And let me help you buy or sell it. 😉
